Yollo AI Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Yollo AI, we are committed to providing a transparent, simple, and worry-free experience. Our platform operates entirely on a one-time payment model — no auto-renewals, no hidden fees, no recurring subscriptions.
No Cancellation Required
Since Yollo AI does not offer subscription plans, there is nothing you need to cancel. You will never be automatically charged again after your purchase. If you decide not to continue using the service, simply stop purchasing additional credits.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for one-time purchases are available if the following conditions are met:
- Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date.
- Usage Limits: Your account must meet all of the following conditions:
• Fewer than 30 chats used
• Image generation usage ≤ 80 points
• Fewer than 5 created Bots
If the total image generation usage reaches or exceeds 80 points, the account is considered to have substantially used the service and becomes ineligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your purchase details, account email, last 4 digits of your card, and the credit package you bought.
- Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Usage exceeds the limits defined above
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Refund request submitted after 7 days
- Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks — these will be disputed
